Grilled Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
chicken wings 15 pcs.
Tomatoes 1 pc.
1/2 red bell pepper pieces.
onion 1 clove
mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch dill
2 pinches of coriander
2 pinches of cinnamon
soy sauce
Preparation:
1 Wash and dry the wings, to shift into a deep tray. Finely chop the tomatoes (remove the peel), sweet bell peppers, onions, herbs, add to the vegetables and coriander, cinnamon, pour soy sauce and mayonnaise, mix well.
2 Try the marinade, if not quite salty taste of soy sauce, it is still a little salt the, pour into the wings, mix hands, close the tray and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
3 Arrange wings on the grill, roast over the coals, grill periodically turn. Spicy skewers of chicken wings will be ready in half an hour.
