Grilled Marinated Shrimp Recipe
900 gr peeled shrimp
1/4 cup salt
2.5 tablespoons skhara
2.5 tablespoons chili
4 cups water
Ingredients for the marinade:
10 cm of fresh ginger peeled and finely chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 large cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
4 tsp Sahara
To get started in a medium bowl, combine salt, sugar, chili pepper and water. Then whisk whisk until completely dissolved sugar and salt. Pour the liquid into the shrimp and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the ginger and garlic, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes. Add the sugar and continue to stir until garlic is light golden — about 1-2 minutes. It is important to remember that the garlic should not be dark brown.
Drain the shrimp through a colander and immediately place them in the pan. Increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pink color of shrimp — about 3-4 minutes. Serve with a variety of side dishes such as rice.
