1 can of condensed milk,
100 g of chocolate,
200 g hazelnuts,
50 g of butter,
50 ml of milk.
Heat oven to 200 C, hazelnuts on a baking sheet and put in the oven for about 7 — 10 minutes, making sure that the nuts are not scorched.
Give hazelnuts to cool, remove peel and grind in a blender or coffee grinder.
Chocolate, butter and milk to melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
Chocolate — cream mixture put in a saucepan, add the condensed milk and nuts and mix.
Put the mixture on the stove, a small fire, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, but do not boil.
Remove mixture from heat, let cool and shift into the jar.
For the preparation of homemade chocolate paste, I used milk chocolate, if you take the dark or bitter chocolate, color paste is darker.
