Homemade Marshmallows Recipe
sugar 500 g
125 g water
gelatin 25 g
citric acid 1/2 tsp
soda 1/2 tsp
1 gelatine to soak in cold water (half a cup). In a saucepan pour water, add sugar and cook 10 minutes over medium heat (constantly interfere).
2 Then add citric acid and baking soda, stir and cook for another 7 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into another bowl, add gelatin swollen.
3 Whisk start at low speed and gradually reach the highest. When the marshmallows begin to thicken, shift the soft homemade marshmallows into molds (preferably silicone) and wait for 2 hours.
