Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe
Raw ground peanut — 250 gr
Sugar-sand — 1 tbsp.
Salt — 0.5 tsp.
Sunflower oil refined — 2 tbsp.
To begin with, slightly dry the peanuts in the oven or on a dry frying pan, then cool. Then, peel off the husks with your fingers or you can blow, as you like. Grind in a blender peanuts very finely. Add the sunflower-seed oil, sugar, salt to the peanut and blend it into a homogeneous paste. Put in a dry jar or other container and store in a refrigerator.
