Homemade Sweet Sausage


Biscuits — 600 g
Butter — 200 g
Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp
Milk — 1/2 cup
Sugar — 1 cup


Cookies crumble hands up small pieces and crumbs. Cocoa mixed with sugar. Butter cut into pieces and melt in a saucepan on low heat, add the milk, add the cocoa and sugar. Heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved (but do not boil!).

Remove from heat, mix with crumbled cookies until a thick mass. Roll sausage, wrap them in plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 6 hours. Cut like a sausage. You can also add together with biscuits raisins, nuts or candied fruit.
