— 540 ml of low-fat yogurt
— 375 g strawberries and bananas
Still, we need disposable cups (of 6 pieces) and wooden sticks as much (if not, you can use a disposable spoon or cookie «straw»).
1) In a blender grind the bananas with strawberries washed, pour cold yogurt and whisk just once.
2) According to disposable cups pour the resulting mass, slide them stick and transfer to a freezer, keep it until it is completely frozen.
Ice cream of yogurt is ready. To remove the cups just fold the cream in hot water for some seconds. And also can sprinkle it with chopped nuts (walnuts or peanuts) or coconut shavings.
