Pork with Brussels sprouts
Pork 120 g
Brussels sprouts 2 cups
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Black pepper to taste peretspo
In a frying pan with non-stick coating, heat the olive oil.
Pork and season with salt and pepper.
Fry the meat in a frying pan to desired doneness. Medium Rare — is 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer the meat to a plate. Wrap in foil and let cool slightly.
In the same pan fry until cooked sprouts. This will take 5-7 minutes.
Put the pork and cabbage on a plate and serve.
