250g flour
200 grams of mushrooms
100 g leek
60 g of cheese
2 eggs
1 protein
50 ml of oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric


To begin prepare the dough. To do this, pour the flour, salt, turmeric powder on a table or a large plate, in the middle — 2 eggs and add the oil. Saute mushrooms and onions, and cheese slice. Mix everything in a blender. Roll out the dough very thinly on a lightly powdery board. Fold in half, so you can see the fold line (the second part should be covered). We separate the white from the yolk. On one part of the test decompose stuffing, grease intervals protein. Close the second half of the dough. Zaleplivaem fingers and cut with a knife. All the same make with the second ball of dough. Cook the ravioli should be about 5-6 minutes.
