Italian soup with prawns
Ingredients:
450g prawns
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion
2 stalks celery
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 cups milk
1 bay leaf
Salt — to taste
4 basil leaves
3 green onions feathers
2 cups broth
Preparation:
To begin, clean the shrimp and cook all the ingredients. Then fry the onion and celery. Add the flour and tomato paste. Mix well and boil for some time a couple of minutes. Then pour the milk and two cups of broth. Thoroughly mix all. Add peeled shrimp, basil and a bit of hot sauce to taste. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
