Juicy pork with tomatoes and cheese in the oven

Ingredients:
- pork 800 g
- cheese 100 g
- cream 20% 100 g
- tomatoes 2 pieces
- onions 2 heads
for the marinade:
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- lemon juice 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Preparation:
- To prepare the meat, wash, clean, cut into layers no thicker than 1 cm, hold for a couple of hours in the marinade. On high heat, heat a dry frying pan, quickly (no more than 2 minutes) to bake the meat on each side to save juice.
- Cover the bottom of the ceramic mold chopped spring onions on it to put the meat, cover with slices of tomatoes. Pour the marinade, cover the form with foil and bake (180 gr.) for about 40 minutes. Remove foil, cover top of pork with tomatoes in an even layer of cheese, pour cream and 10 more minutes to hold in the oven.
