Marmalade

Ingredients:

Fruit juice — 100 ml
Water — 100 mL
Sugar — 200 gr
Gelatine — 20 gr

Preparation:

To begin with gelatin should pour the juice and leave to swell. Then pour the sugar water, bring to a boil and keep about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and immediately add swollen gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved. The molds pour juice with gelatin and put into the refrigerator to complete solidification. To make it easier to get the jelly from the mold, the bottom mold is necessary for a few seconds into hot water.
