Marshmallow Cottage Cheese Salad
2 packs of cottage cheese — 400 gr
200 grams of milk
20 g gelatin — 1 tbsp
Sweetener — to taste
First, you need to whip cottage cheese in a blender, and gelatin soaked in milk (read method of preparing the gelatin on the package). Next, add the sweetener in cheese, then add the milk gelatin, all mixed well in a blender. Pour into molds and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
