1 kg of sugar
25 g (2.5 tablespoons) of gelatin

6 g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
5 g (1 tsp) baking soda


Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water, leave for 2 hours.

Massa let stand for 10 minutes.
