Meat casserole with mushrooms and vegetables
2 chicken breasts (medium size)
160 g hard cheese
1 jar of pickled mushrooms
3-4 tablespoons. l. cream
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil or olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
1 chicken breast cut into thin slices, pickle spices and lemon juice for 1 hour.
