The juice from the minced meat permeates the bottom layer of potatoes. In a minor culinary effort turns out a wonderful dish that will appeal to all family members.

- minced meat
- sour cream 2 tbsp.
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- ground black pepper
- Protiven grease with vegetable or olive oil.
- Onions cut into rings and lay out the first layer.
The second layer – chopped into slices potatoes, salt and pepper – to taste.
The third layer is meat, then sliced mushrooms.
Fill the dish with grated cheese and spread with mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions.
Bake until tender, the cooking temperature is 180 degrees.
The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped green onion, dill, parsley. When serving, garnish with cherry tomatoes.
