Pork tenderloin — 700g
mayonnaise — 3 tbsp. spoons
black pepper — to taste
cheese — 200 g
red pepper — 1 pc
Garlic — 2-3 cloves
salt — to taste
Tenderloin cut into thin slices across the grain.
Mayonnaise mixed with black pepper, garlic. Hard cheese cut into thin strips, pepper — julienne. Moderate chop with salt on both sides, brush with sauce. On the edge of the cue ball to put the filling: cheese and pepper.
Put your fingers on a greased baking sheet. Bake rolls until golden brown. Before serving, remove the thread (removes very easily and does not affect the appearance).
Serve hot as an appetizer or a single second course with side dish.
