Mushroom Julienne in a Bread


mushrooms — 300 gr;
chicken fillet — 200-300 gr;
fat cream or sour cream — 200 ml;
hard cheese — 80 g;
crispy buns — according to the number of servings;
onions — 1-2 pcs.;
vegetable and butter — a pair of spoons;
greens to decorate the dish;
salt, pepper, your favorite spices.


Finely chop the chicken, mushrooms (champignons are better) and onions.
Chop greens and finely grate the cheese.
Add vegetable and butter to the pan, put the chicken, fry.
After the chicken, fry the onion with mushrooms in the same pan. Continue to simmer until all the water has evaporated.
While the mushrooms are cooking, prepare the buns: cut off the top, cut the flesh, as in the photo, lay them on a baking sheet.
Add the fried meat to the pan with the previous ingredients, pour everything with sour cream or cream. Do not forget to add salt, pepper and spices from the list of ingredients.
Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes over low heat, then put it in buns, evenly distributing.
Garnish the pastries with a mixture of cheese and herbs on top, and put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
