Ingredients:

Петрушка — 4 веточки
Масло растительное — 2 ст.л
Соль

Preparation:

First, the mushrooms need to be cleaned, washed and put in a saucepan. Then the onion is peeled, the carrots are cleaned, washed and also put in a saucepan. Pour about 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to a boil. Add the scented pepper, bay leaf and cook until the mushrooms are ready. Mushrooms take out and finely chopped, mushroom broth to drain.
Peel the other carrots and parsley root, wash and finely chop. Fry carrots and parsley root on vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes. Add the roasted roots to the strained mushroom broth, bring to a boil. Rice thoroughly rinse with cold water, and put in boiling mushroom broth, and cook until rice is ready. Add mushrooms and boil for about 3-5 minutes. Pour the mushroom soup over the plates and sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
