Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

7-9 dried porcini mushrooms
0.5 liters of warm water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium onions
500-700 g of sauerkraut
2 liters vegetable or mushroom broth
1 large potato
1 bay leaf
4 garlic cloves
Pepper — to taste
Dill — to taste
Salt — to taste

Preparation:

First, soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes. Then the water drain and set aside. Mushrooms cut into small cubes. In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil. Sauté finely chopped onion for 5 minutes. Add to the onions cabbage, reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes.
