Mushrooms in sour cream (in pots)
mushrooms (white, Mokhovikov, aspen, birch) — 600g;
sour cream (20% fat) — 250 ml;
butter — 30g;
salt — to taste;
cheese (Gouda) — 50g.
Mushrooms wiped with a damp cloth to clean, if needed, cut into small pieces (about 2×2 cm).

In a large skillet, melt a piece of butter, add the mushrooms and fry for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently wooden spatula. Season with salt.

Add sour cream and mix with mushrooms and remove the pan from the stove.

Put the mushrooms with sour cream in a la carte pots, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pots in a preheated 180 C oven. After 10-15 minutes the mushrooms are ready.
