Pancakes with curd
100 g of cottage cheese;
1 h. L. cinnamon;
150 g of wheat flour;
50 g corn flour;
1 pinch of salt;
650 ml of warm milk;
3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
30 g of raisins;
30 g butter;
1 tbsp. l. cream;
20 ml of vegetable oil.
In milk add 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and 4 eggs, beaten.
Sift both types of flour in a deep bowl.
Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the flour and whisk thoroughly.
Add vegetable oil, and again interfere.
Very quickly fry the pancakes in a pan on both sides.
Cottage cheese, a spoonful of sugar, cinnamon and egg pound into a homogeneous mass.
Add the cream and raisins, stir.
Put the stuffing on pancakes and wrap the edges underneath, as in the photo.
Baking dish greased with oil and put the pancakes in a row.
Over pancakes spread a little butter.
Put the second layer of pancakes and also cover the oil.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
