Pasta with beans and tomatoes


450 g tomatoes
250g small pasta (shells)
500g canned white beans
750 ml chicken broth
50 ml of cream (15-20% fat)
50 g parmesan cheese
3-4 sprigs of thyme
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 small bunch of parsley
salt, ground black pepper


Tomatoes wash, dry. Half the tomatoes into small cubes, the remaining pyurirovat in a blender and rub through a sieve. With beans drained water rinse. Peel and chop the garlic, thyme leaves removed from the twigs. Chopped parsley leaves.
In a large saucepan heat the oil, add the garlic and thyme. Fry for about 40 seconds, stirring to browned garlic and thyme give flavor. Add chopped tomatoes and pyurirovannye. Simmer for about a minute, then pour the hot chicken broth, salt, stir and when the liquid boils pour the pasta and add the beans.
Cook the pasta for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly so the vegetables do not burn. When the pasta is almost cooked, you get a thick sauce. The pasta with beans pour the cream, chopped parsley, add salt, sugar (to taste). Stir and warm for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the paste for a few minutes, covered with a lid to the sauce thickens. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese.
