Pear and berry Cake


200g flour
4 eggs
180g butter
170 g sugar
1/2 cup raspberries (can be frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries (can be frozen)
1 pear
2 tbsp fat sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1/2 orange or lemon
80 g ruptured chocolate


First, you need to beat soft butter with sugar, add vanilla and eggs one at a time to enter. Then add sour cream and flour sifted with baking powder. Knead the dough. Pear cut into small cubes. Enter the dough pear and chocolate, stir and put the berries. Lay out the dough in a greased form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. Cool cake on a wire rack and serve. If desired, pour the melted chocolate.

  1. *The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
