4 eggs
180g butter
170 g sugar
1/2 cup raspberries (can be frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries (can be frozen)
1 pear
2 tbsp fat sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1/2 orange or lemon
80 g ruptured chocolate
Preparation:
First, you need to beat soft butter with sugar, add vanilla and eggs one at a time to enter. Then add sour cream and flour sifted with baking powder. Knead the dough. Pear cut into small cubes.
