Pekingese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

Pekingese cabbage — 400 g
Ham — 200 g
Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc
Canned corn — 100 gr
Mayonnaise — 3 items of l.
Salt, pepper — to taste
Green onions

Preparation:

Pekingese cabbage is divided into four longitudinal parts and finely chopped. Then cut the ham into small strips of straw. Pepper wash, remove the seeds and also cut into strips. With canned corn, drain excess water. Mix the ham, pepper, Pekingese cabbage and corn. Sprinkle a little and add black pepper to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise and decorate with finely chopped green onions.
