Pork and Mushrooms Rolls

Ingredients:

500g pork neck
300g mushrooms
1 large onion
0.5 cups of red wine
150 g of cheese
1-2 pears
Salt pepper

Preparation:

First the meat cut into oblong slices, repulse, salt, pepper. Onions cut into half rings, mushrooms — plates, pear — small pieces. Cheese cut into stripes in half a centimeter thick.

Fry onions until transparent, attachable mushrooms, simmer 10 minutes. Let cool. Add the pear, all mix well. On a piece of meat spread a little filling, a slice of cheese and turn to roll, rewind or thread can put together with toothpicks. Spread on oiled baking. Put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then roll each poured wine and send back in the oven until cooked about 10-15 minutes.
