Pork Fried Rice

3 tablespoons sunflower oil and olive oil;
1 cup sliced mushrooms;
1 cup bean sprouts;
3 cups cold cooked rice;
1 cup chilled ready pork, maybe with small stones;
2 finely chopped onion with green shoots;
3 lightly beaten eggs;
3 tablespoons soy sauce;
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Heat two tablespoons of sunflower and olive oil in a large skillet.
Pour back the mushrooms and fry them for 2 minutes.
For the mushrooms, add bean sprouts, rice, pork and chopped onions.
Sear mixture with stirring for 6 minutes.
Push rice mixture to the side, leaving her in a frying pan.
Add the remaining tablespoon of sunflower or olive oil, pour the eggs and fry until the eggs zagusteyut.
Now, mix the eggs and rice with meat and mushrooms together.
Add the soy sauce and pepper.
