Simple way of cooking delicious meats on the pan.

- pork neck 350 g
- zucchini-1 PC.
- onions 2 heads
- soy sauce 2 tbsp.
- sunflower oil 1-2 tbsp
- the mixture of peppers
- Clean and wash the meat, dry, cut into small pieces, fry to brown the crust on a pre-heated pan for about 10 minutes (reduce the heat to a minimum).
- Prepare and cut the vegetables in equal pieces, like meat.
- To fill them into the meat, sauté a couple minutes, pour soy sauce, increase heat, and quickly stir fry everything together until the appearance of a caramel color, add at the end of cooking quite a lot of finely chopped hot pepper.
- Apply pork with courgettes in soy sauce to the table with a lot of different greens.
