Potato, Spinach and Fish Casserole

Ingredients:

Saury or salmon — Bank 1
Potatoes — 3-4 pcs
Eggs — 3 pcs
Onions — 1 pc
Sour cream — 250 ml
Mayonnaise — 250 m

Preparation:

To begin, mix the eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise. Then the other components lay in layers in a baking dish. 1 layer — potatoes, cut into slices. 2 layer — onions, sliced into half rings. 3 layer — pulverized canned fish.
Fill all the layers of a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs. Optionally, you can sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven or microwave oven with a «grill» or «convection» to a full cooked potatoes.
