- water 300 ml
- cocoa powder 100 g
- eggs 2 PCs.
- sugar substitute to taste
- Boil in a water bath a mixture of cocoa with water, add a sweetener.
- Beat the yolks, add cocoa, stir and remove from heat.
- Beat the whites until a stable peaks, mix thoroughly with the chocolate.
- Fill the mixture in the form, bake for PP–brownie for dessert 8 minutes at oven temperature of 200 degrees.
- Give the dessert to cool, place overnight in the refrigerator.
