Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

Pumpkin — 1 kg
Tomatoes — 500g
Bouillon — 800-1000 ml
Purple Onion — 1 pc
Garlic — 5 cloves
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
Fresh rosemary — 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper — to taste
Salt — to taste

Preparation:

Pumpkin should be cleaned from the seeds and peel and cut into medium pieces. Then, well washed tomatoes, onions and clean incision, garlic is not cleaned — all vegetables lay on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary needles. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for about 35-50 minutes. Remove from the oven when the pumpkin is tender.
Then remove the peel tomatoes and roasted garlic clean. Parts grind everything in a blender into a homogeneous mass. Put chopped vegetables in a saucepan and add the broth until desired consistency. Bring the soup to a boil, add salt and black pepper to taste, remove from heat. Serve with croutons.
