Recipe: Crab & Avocado Hand Rolls

Ingredients:

Rice for Sushi 160g
Crabs, canned 50 g
Avocado 40g
Philadelphia cheese 30g
Paprika 5 g
Dry seaweed 1 piece
Japanese Mayonnaise «Kewpie» 20 g
Wasabi paste 5g
Tobiko caviar Raspberry 30g

Preparation:

1. Spread evenly rice on «Nori» algae.

2. Distribute evenly and wasabi cream cheese with a spoon.
3. Avocado peel, cut into thin strips and distribute evenly. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Use mats wrap roll classic. Cut into 5 equal parts.
5. Phalanx crab gut and mix with mayonnaise. This mass lay on top of each piece.
6. Bake on parchment in a preheated 160 degree oven 6-7 minutes. On top decorate with tobiko caviar.
