Risotto with beans, bacon and spinach

Ingredients:

 

6 slices bacon, thinly sliced
3 cups chicken broth
25 g butter
1st.l. olive oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1.5 cups Arborio rice
0.5 cups of white wine
2 cups frozen green beans
100g spinach
Grated Parmesan cheese 0.5 cups

Preparation:

 

Fry the bacon until crisp and pass on a towel to the fat absorbed.
Boil the beans.
On medium heat, sauté onions in butter and garlic. Pour the broth into a saucepan, bring to a boil. There add the fried onions and rice. Add the wine. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add spinach, beans and bacon. Cooking 2-3minuty still stirring. Season with pepper and sprinkle with cheese.
