Roast Beef with Mustard Garlic


Beef — 1kg
Mustard beans — 8 tablespoons
Garlic — 4 cloves
Dill — 1 bunch
Thyme — 2-3 sprigs
Salt and pepper — to taste


First, the garlic should be cleaned and passed through the press. Then chop the thyme and dill and mix. Add the remaining mustard. Pan heat over medium heat and fry the meat on all sides. Salt and pepper, to put on the grill for roasting. Top distribute a mixture of garlic and mustard.
