Roasted Pepper Salad
Pepper sweet — 6 pcs
Hot pepper — 1 pod
Vegetable oil — 50 ml
Tomato (soft) — 3 pieces
Lemon — 1 pc
Nuts of walnuts (ground) — 20 gr
Black olives without stones — 10 pcs.
Dill — 4 stems
Parsley — 4 stems
Salt — 2 gr
Salad Peppers Preparation:
Pepper should be well washed and dried. Then put on a baking sheet, put in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes, until soft. Transfer to a polyethylene bag, tightly tie and let the pepper cool. Then, using a sharp knife, peel and seed. Next we begin to prepare the salad.
Cut each pepper into at least 6 strips and salt. Cut the lemon in half. One half (without peel) cut into slices, and squeeze the juice from the second half. Cut the olives in half, and then each half half-rings. Burn the hot pepper. Sauce for salad to make from lemon juice, vegetable oil mixed with chopped nuts and grated tomatoes.
Put parsley in the salad bowl, then 12 strips of pepper in the form of a flower. Pepper sprinkled with half the pieces of lemon, olives, walnuts and 1/2 part of the dressing. The second layer of pepper and everything else, put in the same sequence. The uppermost layer should be decorated with chopped dill.
