Roasted Salmon and Potatoes With Dill Recipe
Salmon — 700-800 gr
Potatoes — 1 kg
Dill — 1 bunch
Olive oil — 3 tbsp
Lemon — 1/2 pieces
Salt — to taste
White pepper (ground) — to taste
Dill finely chop. Then rinse the salmon, dry and cut into 4 pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sprinkle with 1/3 fennel beam. Set aside for 15 minutes. Potatoes are clean, cut into cubes and boil in salted water until half cooked for 10 minutes. Fold in a colander and dry. Transfer to a bowl. For the potatoes, add 1/3 of the beam dill, olive oil and salt.
All mix well and place on a large heat-proof dish in a single layer. Meanwhile, place potatoes pieces of salmon. Bake in preheated 200 degree oven for about 10 minutes, stir the potatoes and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Potatoes should be browned and the flesh of fish with a fork piercing should flake easily. Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 of the beam of dill and serve immediately.
