Salad «Caesar» with sea bass


300 g fillet of sea bass
1 bunch arugula salad
100 g of bread
50 g butter
1 clove garlic
100 g parmesan cheese

For the sauce:
3 tbsp. l. olive oil
4 tbsp. l. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. l. mustard seeds
3 tbsp. l. honey


Rinse fish fillets and boil in salted water until tender. Then remove the fish, cool, dry and cut into small cubes.
Arugula wash, dry and chop, or you can simply separate the leaves from the stems and so used in the future. Bread mince and fry in butter. Cheese grate. Clove of garlic peel and grate.
Prepare the sauce. To do this in a separate bowl mix the olive oil, wine vinegar, grain mustard and honey. All mix thoroughly until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the pieces of fish, leaves arugula salad, bread, cheese and garlic. Salad season with the sauce and mix well.
