Satiety salad will give beans and chicken. A complete dish, which can quickly satisfy hunger.

- chicken fillet 1 PC.
- red beans in its own juice 300 g
- canned corn 300 g
- tomatoes 200 g
- cabbage 100 g
- natural yoghurt 50 g
- garlic 2 cloves
- salt to taste
- Boil chicken, cut into pieces. Finely chopped cabbage. Red tomatoes cut into cubes.
- Add into the mix the canned corn and red beans in own juice, liquid drained.
- Pour natural yogurt unflavored and season with crushed garlic, salt to taste. Toss the salad and serve.
The dish desired, season with olive oil.
