Salmon with Sauce


900 g salmon fillet, divided into 4 portions
4 tbsp unsalted melted butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine

Ingredients for the sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream
1/4 cup grainy mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tsp Worchester sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp red cayenne pepper


To get started in a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and wine. Then, lay the salmon fillets in a plastic bag and pour the marinade back. Close the bag and place in refrigerator for 1-6 hours.

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 230 degrees. Put the fish with the marinade in a baking dish and send it in the oven for 20 minutes. Then, then another 2 minutes under the broiler. For the sauce, in a saucepan, combine cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, basil and all kinds of peppers. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened about 5 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Serve salmon with sauce.
