Sauce Pesto
Ingredients:
Basil 1 Puig.
Garlic 4 pieces.
Sea salt 1 of chips.
Parmesan 70 g
Pine nuts 40 g
Olive oil 100ml
Preparation:
It makes the sauce in a stone mortar, but I use a blender.
In the bowl of a blender pour olive oil, basil, garlic, pine nuts and grated parmesan. All should be well grind to a uniform, dense mass. Consistency, see for yourself and adjust the ingredients.
