Shrimp with Garlic Cream Sauce


500g prawns (peeled)
250 ml low-fat cream
50ml white wine
50g butter
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 lemon (juice)


First you need to melt the butter in a pan, put the garlic, sliced plastics, pour the lemon juice and fry garlic until browned, pour the wine and cream, stir and bring everything to a boil.

Put shrimp, stew them 10 minutes to get shrimp, sauce even then on low heat to reduce the volume by half, then turn off the heating of the plate, put the shrimp back into the pan. Before serving, shrimp with cream and garlic sauce sprinkled with chopped parsley.
