Skewers Greek
Ingredients:
Fillet of lamb 1 kg
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Lemon zest 2 tsp
Dry white wine 125ml
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oregano 2 teaspoons
Garlic 5 cloves
Bay leaf 2 pieces
Ground black pepper to taste
Greek yoghurt 250g
Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice and zest, wine, oregano, chopped 3 cloves garlic, bay leaf and a little black pepper. Stir, cover and send in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Pour the yogurt with the remaining crushed garlic in a bowl, mix well and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Place the meat on skewers and cook for 8 on the grill, the remaining lubricating oil, about 7-8 minutes. Serve with yogurt.
