Spicy Thai Coconut Soup


Coconut milk 450ml
Chicken Soup 450ml
Mushrooms 8 pieces
Chicken breast 2 pieces
Carrot 1 piece
Ginger 1 piece
Chili Red 1 piece
Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
5 teaspoons of sugar
Ground black pepper to taste
Lemon grass stalk 4
Paprika pinch


1. Coconut milk and pour the chicken broth in a pot, bring to a boil and add the carrots cut into rings and coarsely chopped ginger. Tu yes we add chili pepper and previously suppressed plane knife lemon grass (if desired). Cook for 10 minutes.
