Squid and Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boiled squid carcasses
20 black olives
7-8 tablespoons olive oil
1 large bunch of lettuce
2 red onions
2 fresh tomatoes
2 fresh cucumbers
Pepper — to taste
Dried oregano
Salt — a pinch
Preparation:
prepare the salad leaves — wash them thoroughly. Then put the leaves on a dish. Grind leaves your hands, just tear off small pieces. Cut the squid rings or slices. Preheat a frying pan olive oil, fry it lightly squid, seasoned to taste with pepper, oregano and salt.
Wash and clean all of the vegetables. Onions cut into thin rings, tomatoes and cucumbers — thin slices. Vegetables mix, a little salt, add the olives and place on salad leaves. Top lay squid. All pour the olive oil, in which the fried calamari.
