Squid Salad Recipe
350 g chicken fillet
1 apple (preferably green)
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Salt, red ground pepper — to taste
Squid must be cleaned, remove the film and put it in boiling salted water. Then cook until done (3-5 minutes), cool and cut into strips. Apples are washed, peeled and cut into cubes. Cut the onion into thin semicircles. Chicken fillet boil, chill and cut into small pieces. All carefully mix, season with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix again. Garnish with parsley and slices of squid.
