Ingredients:
2 squid
350 g of chicken fillet
1 apple (preferably green)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 onion
Parsley
Salt, red pepper — to taste
Preparation:
Squid needs to be cleaned, remove the film and dipped in boiling salted water. Then cook until tender (3-5 minutes), cool and cut into strips. Apples Wash, peel and cut into cubes. Onion cut into thin half-rings. Chicken fillet boil, cool and cut into small pieces. All gently to mix, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper and stir again. Garnish with parsley and slices of squid.

All of my favorite spices. As a big lover of all things Curry related, this is definitely on my list to try. I love the inclusion of Mace, as I always forget about that spice.
