- potatoes 16 PCs.
- meat 4 slices
- sour cream 1 Cup
- bow 4 EA.

- seeds of white mustard to taste
Pork with layers of fat cut into wedges.
Fry in oil until light brown.
Coarsely grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, remove the meat from the pan, fry the onions until soft, add carrots, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Clean the potatoes, cut each into pieces (4-6 pieces), then place in a bowl, pour salted cream, leave for a third hour for impregnation.
Fill the potato pot to half, then add the carrots, meat and onion, to report to the top of the pots with potatoes. Each pour a little water and sour cream to cover top of potatoes.
Put a piece of butter, cover tightly with foil. Put in the oven with 200 degrees for half an hour.
- Carefully remove foil, continue to cook in the oven for another half hour.
Stewed potatoes with meat and sour cream in the pot should be covered with a crust of Golden color. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, black pepper and mustard seeds.
