Stir-fried beef with oyster sauce
Plain or a sheet of broccoli: a small bunch or kochanchiki
Sweet peppers: 1 pc Bulgarian or 2-3 sweet chili
Chesok 2 cloves
Oyster sauce: 3 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground black pepper: half a teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
Beef cut into thin strips 1 cm wide and 3-4 cm long.
Garlic finely crumble.
Peppers cleaned from seeds and cut into strips.
Broccoli is broken down into small florets, cut into large strips of sheet.
In a wok or nonstick skillet over medium heat for a minute warm up in the oil and garlic. Then, put the beef and fry quickly over high heat. Beef should not let the juice and stew in it!
Pour the beef in oyster sauce, pour the vegetables, sugar and pepper. Fry, stirring, over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle beef with black pepper and remove from heat. If you want beauty, in front of this thickening liquid sauce teaspoon of starch, well stir a tablespoon of water.
We serve our beef with rice.
