Stir-fried Broccoli With Mushrooms Recipe
400g fresh broccoli
200g oyster mushrooms
3 cm fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons unrefined peanut butter
1 tsp dark sesame oil
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Broccoli should be cut off at the stem, peel it off the top layer, cut into slices. Then head to disassemble into small florets. Pour the inflorescence stem slices and boiling water, bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Tilt broccoli in a colander, rinse with cold water and pat dry. Sesame seeds lightly fry in a dry frying pan, shaking.
In oyster remove tough feet, hats, cut into thin strips. Ginger peeled, cut into small strips. In a wok or deep frying pan with a thick bottom warm peanut butter with a couple pinches of salt, over high heat, stirring, fry the mushrooms and ginger, 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli, cook for 1 minute, remove from heat. Season with sesame oil, put on a heated plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
