Stir-fry Asparagus with Shrimp
Asparagus: 1 bunch (about 300 g)
Shrimp: 200 g
Garlic: 2-3 cloves
Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Garlic finely crumble and fry over medium heat in a wok or non-stick frying pan in a spoonful of vegetable oil. Fry a couple of minutes, until the garlic is golden.
Loading in wok asparagus, shrimp, pour all sauces, and a couple of tablespoons of water. Mix and cook on a stronger heat until shrimp are not porozoveyut (3-4 minutes maximum).
Remove from the heat and serve our stir frying with rice or as a separate dish.
